Control Staff

  • Dispatchers

  • Call Handlers


- Applicants must have relevant training and experience of working in an emergency services control room; preferably Ambulance but other services including the Voluntary Ambulance Sector will be considered also. This will be ad-hoc work at larger public events where an on-site control room is required.



  • Diagnostic Radiographers


- Applicants must hold current valid registration and relevant experience and skill in mobile x-ray usage.



Incident Response Unit

  • Incident Response Team Operatives - Clinical

  • Incident Response Team Operatives - Non-Clinical


- Applicants must have relevant training in incident response and desirably qualifications/demonstrated knowledge of management skills such as MIMMS/JESIP. Clinical staff ideally current NHS HART/SORT operatives however applications from dual trained clinicians/fire/rescue will also be considered. Non-Clinical staff will ideally be Fire & Rescue or other professional rescue organisation trained. All applicants must hold a nationally recognised response driving qualification with minimum C1 full UK driving licence. The Incident Response Unit attends pre-planned events but also operates an on-call rota 24/7 to provide emergency support to the Public Sector in the event of a Major Incident anywhere in the UK.



We also operate a rolling bank recruitment drive for the following clinical staff to work with us and our CQC registered partner organisation at events across the UK:

  • GMC registered Doctors

  • NMC registered Nurses and Midwives

  • Emergency Care Practitioners/Nurse Practitioners/Advanced Nurse Practitioners

  • HCPC registered Paramedics

  • IHCD Ambulance Technicians

  • Assosciate Ambulance Practitioners

  • ECAs (holding minimum IHCD FPOS-I and nationally recognised emergency response driving qualification)

  • First Aiders (holding nationally recognised qualification and with relevant event medical experience)
